Fall is here in spirit if not technically quite yet. The nights are cooler, and the colors are opening their annual exhibit. And as the seasons shift, so do our excursions. Our family started the spring with several trips to the desert, spent the warmest summer weekends in the nearby high mountains, or on the river, and now this weekend we return to the desert. Soon it seems we will dig out the skis, and push the camping gear a little further back in the shed. Until next Spring!
