Leave No Weeds! – The number one reason for species extinction worldwide is habitat loss (generally due to development). The number two reason is the spread of invasive species, some of which are spread from place to place by recreationists.



To avoid spreading invasive, non-native and noxious species, empty, inspect and clean your tent, pack, boots and other equipment before and after trips to different areas. These easy precautions will help keep our collective recreational resources free from the devastating impacts of invasive species.
